As Managing Director & Founder of Tresor Micro Federation, he transformed a captive financing company into one of India's most diversified MFI companies.
His deep roots in fintech — spanning business loans, personal loans, and group lending — give Troniva an unparalleled understanding of what financial-sector clients actually need from their technology partners. Having worked with Jammu Ess IEE Finance and Trishiv Technology Nidhi Ltd., Hari Om bridges business operations and scalable digital solutions.
Hari Om shapes Troniva's strategic direction by grounding every product decision in real-world operational needs. His 15+ years driving large-scale digital transformations in lending means Troniva builds for compliance, scale, and measurable ROI.
Sanjeev Johari is a seasoned IT Leader and Strategic Technology Consultant with over 30 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, Digital Transformation, Information Security, and Enterprise Technology Strategy — across Government, Semi-Government, and Private sector organisations in 17+ countries.
He has led 20+ Greenfield ICT projects delivering infrastructure for 15,000+ contact center seats, managed IT budgets exceeding USD 8 million, and directed ISO 27001-aligned Information Security implementations with zero major security incidents. He co-founded and led an IT start-up as CEO, and currently runs a consultancy serving domestic and US-based organisations.
